FAQ 一ABOUT ORDERING
These are frequently asked questions in the custom design printing products. Please take the time to read through the answers below before placing orders as they are about our TERMS and CONDITIONS in the orders.
ORDER OPTIONS
Color Matching
i) Wholesale order
Orders that meet the minimum order quantity for 50 yards of fabric with max. 2 designs are considered as wholesale orders.
The order will be processed with Color Matching in the sample and the production stage.
After you approve the samples, the production order will be delivered with close colors to the samples as much as possible .
ii) Small order
Orders that have small quantity per design, which is less than the quantity defined in the WHOLESALE ORDERS above , for example 10 scarves per design or 2 meters of printed fabric.
Small orders will be processed with Direct Printing Method.

HOW DO I ORDER?
Small vs. Wholesale Order
i) For orders less than $1,200 USD, you should place the order in our ONLINE ORDERING. If you have custom sizes that are not available in our website, you could place an order by directly CONTACT US.
ii) For Wholesale orders or the total amount is larger than $1,200 USD, please CONTACT US
or call us at 1-514-979-5962, which we call a Contact Ordering.
iii) Either in Online Ordering or Contact Ordering, you should send us designs to info@silkmelody.com through a public server such as www.wetransfer.com or www.dropbox.com
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ) ?
Case 1: For small orders
a) scarf: 1-5 scarves depending on the scarf size and the type of fabric. You will find the specific minimum quantity in each product page.
b) fabric printing: 1 meter
Case 2: For wholesale orders
50 yards with the maximum 2 designs in the order.
If the product is scarf, we may figure out the number of scarf as the minimum quantity from this 50 yards of fabric. For example, the minimum could be 40 scarves when the scarf size is 39x39" (97x97cm) or 36x36" (91x91cm) or 70x20"(178x51cm).
WILL MY DESIGN BE PROTECTED ?
We only access your design in order to produce your products by our facilities. We never disclose your design to the third party.
Production time will take round 2-4 weeks from receiving artworks and order payment. Sometime the production time may extend due to the over loading in the post-treatment processes including washing and/or hemming.
After production, your order will be shipped by the shipping method that you choose in the Checkout, including Small Postal Packet by the POST OFFICE in 15-30 days varying with the delivery destination or DHL express in 3-5 days.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT TO USE?
case 1: For Online Ordering , we accept the payment through Paypal service using:
• Credit card (Visa, Master card)
• American Express
• Bank account registered with Paypal
The amount limit for online ordering is about $1200 USD, excluding shipping fee. If your order excesses this limit, the order will not be completed. You should directly make an order by CONTACT US
Case 2: For orders more than $1,200 USD excluding shipping fee:
You should wire money to our company's account through the bank. We will provide you with the bank information.
DO I HAVE to PAY for TAXES or/and CUSTOMS DUTY ?
Return Policy
If it applicable, customers are responsible to pay the Taxes or/and Customs Duty in their own countries or regions based on the relative Taxes and Customs Duty policies.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE ?
We have two types of shipping methods: Small Postal Packets (SPP) by POST in 15-30 days varying with the delivery destination or DHL express in 3-5 days.
