We guarantee to deliver good quality products. The product quality is checked before it is sent to you. However if you do not satisfy with the products for reasons, including the defect and the damage, we will arrange for the refund or the replacement. In most of cases, we will not cover the shipping fee for returned products.

▪ Custom printed orders are non-refundable unless there is defect or damage. If there is an issue with your order we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution.

▪ Before claim an case, Please refer to our terms and conditions in our FAQ to check if the issue falls into our allowable range.

▪ In order to build cases, we must be contacted within 7 days after customers receive the products, including photos and detailed description of issues you are claiming. 

▪ Shipping and custom charges are non-refundable.
